چکیده
A well-known axiom for proportional representation is Proportionality Solid Coalitions (PSC). We characterize committees satisfying PSC as the range of outcomes obtained by class Minimal Demand rules, which generalizes an approach pioneered eminent philosopher Sir Michael Dummett.
